Text contrast
This test checks if text has sufficient contrast against it's background.
- 3.0:1 or higher for large text of at least 18 density-independent pixels (dp).
- 3.0:1 or higher for bold text of at least 14 density-independent pixels (dp).
- 4.5:1 or higher for other types of text.
Sufficient contrast makes text easier to read for everyone, especially for users with visual impairments.
